Lancer Nation: Remembered the name on the Jerseys!

From the WIAA Website: "Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran is the recipient of the [2024 Fall Sportsmanship] award for the State Girls Volleyball Tournament, which was held at the Resch Center in Green Bay on Nov. 7-9. The Lancers earned the school’s second Sportsmanship Award in girls volleyball, which also accounts for their overall total. They received their previous honor in 2020. The sportsmanship and enthusiasm during a 25-10, 23-25, 25-19, 25-21 win in the first-ever Division 5 championship game against Columbus Catholic and the Lancers’ 25-21, 21-25, 25-20, 25-19 semifinal victory versus Sheboygan Christian contributed to excellent evaluations."




Congratulations to our volleyball fans and players, who won the Sportsmanship Award at the State tournament in Green Bay! 

From our Athletic Director: "It was announced that Immanuel was awarded the WIAA Fall Sportsmanship Award for volleyball. This is the second time that we have been recognized for this award. It does matter how you act in public and during competitions. As the AD, I cannot express how grateful I am for the way you have carried yourselves on the court and in the stands."

Flowers blooming? Trees blossoming? Grass greening? Signs of spring, yes, but on the Immanuel campus, there are some unique yet familiar to former students, signs of spring besides what the Lord has created for us in nature. 🌺 TRACK:  Coaches Steve Sydow and Eve Naumann and assistants begin working with this year's group of track athletes. The pleasant weather means they may get out sooner than usual. Senior Class Trip 2024

The senior class trip was a success yesterday! The Lord blessed us with amazing weather, safe travels and a lot of fun fellowship.  We spent a couple hours at Sky Zone in the morning, then ate lunch downtown St. Paul at an Italian restaurant called  Cossetta . We spent the afternoon at the beach at Homestead Parklands County Park near Hudson and grilled hot dogs and hamburgers for supper. Finally we drove to downtown Hudson for ice cream at Knoke's , then took a walk along the riverfront as the sun set. Many thanks to Christian & Kea Goodman, Morgan Lone, and April Sydow for chaperoning, driving, and for bringing food & games for the trip! Also, thank you, seniors, for letting your light shine everywhere you went.
